There are two versions: cordless version and plug-in version. Cordless version: Built-in 5000mAh battery. Up to 60-day battery life.

How often should I refill the water?

It depends on your pet. The capacity of the water tank is 2L. Generally, one fill lasts for 7 days for a 5kg cat.

How often should I change the filters?

Replacing the filter every 2 weeks and the sponge every month to keep the water clean is recommended.

How often should I clean the ROLA water fountain?

We recommend that you should clean your water fountain once every week. The water fountain will also remind you regularly by sending you a message notification via the App based on the status of the machine. You can also customize the setting of the reminder time for cleaning the device.

Can the water fountain still be used when the actual water level is below the minimum water level mark?
